Our 7-Day Guarantee
We believe in what we have built. If you go through Module 1 of any course and feel that Knova did not teach you better than anything you have tried before, we will refund you completely. No forms. No lengthy process. One message and it is done.
Who qualifies for a refund
You qualify for a full refund if:
- You request it within 7 days of your payment
- You have completed at least Module 1 of your enrolled course
- You have not completed more than 3 modules total
We ask that you complete Module 1 before requesting a refund because we are confident that the experience will change your mind. But if it does not, the money is yours.
How to request a refund
Send a WhatsApp message to our support number or email hello@knovalearn.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Your reason for requesting (optional, helps us improve)
We process all refunds within 3-5 business days. The money returns to the original payment method used.
What we cannot refund
We are unable to process refunds for:
- Requests made after 7 days of payment
- Students who have completed more than 3 modules
- Founding Member lifetime access purchases made more than 7 days ago
If you are experiencing a technical issue rather than dissatisfaction with the content, contact us first. We will resolve it.
