We collect your name, email address, and learning progress data when you create a Knova account. We also collect anonymised usage data to improve the platform.
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Deliver your learning experience
- Save your progress across sessions
- Send you module completion emails
- Improve course content over time
We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.
Who we share data with
We use the following services to operate Knova:
- Supabase, database and authentication
- Groq, AI tutor responses
- Paystack, payment processing
- Resend, transactional emails
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. Your data is processed only as needed to deliver Knova.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@knovalearn.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Cookies
Knova uses cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (including your cookie choice). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. When you first visit, we ask for your consent and store your answer in your browser for up to one year.
